 1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Miraajpk is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Miraajpk without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits: Track your orders and review past purchases; save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time; manage your email preferences, and edit important information.
3. What payment methods can I use to make a payment?
We offer the following payment methods: Bank Transfer for Pakistan customers,  and Remitley for international customers.
4. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, except in the case of products that are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.
5. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I'VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email or sms. If you do not receive an email or sms, contact our customer service.
6. CAN I KNOW WHAT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IS?
Yes. Click on the “Orders status" section in "YOUR ACCOUNT" and you will be able to track your order in real time.
