Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service representative by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at info@miraaj.com.pk or calling us at +92-326-9222266 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will deposit the money in your given bank account or offer you an online voucher of the same price.

In case of a made to order product, if there is an issue with the measurements - we will happy to make alterations to ensure that the fitting is as desired by the customer.


Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same account that was used to make the payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns
